All adult dental treatment is provided through the DPAS payment scheme. Following an initial assessment, patients are placed in a fee category with an associated monthly payment. This payment covers all standard treatment including fillings, scale and polish, radiographs. The only payments that our patients are asked to make is when a laboratory fee is incurred(crowns, dentures etc) and treatment that is provided for purely aesthetic reasons.
Our children patients up to the age of 18 are treated on an NHS basis.
Following assessment some private treatment may be required to attain a level of dental fitness in order to sign up to the DPAS scheme. Your dentist will advise you of this as the assessment appointment. You will be supplied with a treatment plan explaining these costs if necessary.
Late evening appointments are available and costs may differ for these out of hours treatments, please ask at reception for more details.
